In his early career, Ron gained 12 years experience at Jarvis Clark (now Sandvik) as manager of custom and R&D projects while building over 1500 units. To date, Ron has obtained over 40 years of underground mining experience. Ron's first shop opened in 1979 in a home garage, it was crowded, but efficient.
