A low ground pressure rubber track system increases stability on various rough terrain surfaces. Self-stabilizing counter weighted unit eliminating the need for external stabilizers. A compact design allows easy access through doorways as small as 32 inches and is easily maneuvered in confined spaces. The ML 800 side shift, forward and back tilt allows for easy alignment on Recloser installation. Its lift cylinders have built-in load checks preventing uncontrolled decent.
